Intersectionality informs much of our internal and external work since many of our members and program beneficiaries live at the intersection of race, gender, and socio-economic class. We consistently approach change and decision making through the lens of social justice and equity. We believe by giving our community the tools, resources, and support they need, we can better support them make impactful changes they wish to see in our community.
